The FCPA Blog’s Corporate Investigations List is based on data made available through the generous contribution of an anonymous volunteer researcher. Compiling, confirming, and constantly updating the quarterly list of companies with an FCPA investigation is a huge task.

Looking back, I started this list in January 2011 so this completes the 4th year of keeping this list. It’s hard to believe this is number 16.
The first Corporate Investigations List had 71 companies. Now we’re up to 107. Of the original 71 only 12 remain on the current list and over half are in the life sciences (pharmaceuticals).
