As part of Ethics and Compliance Managers Platform Salt Galata Meetings, we discussed “Are My Bidding Processes Compatible? How Should I Begin?” topic with the Founding Partner of ACTECON, a corporate member of TEİD, and TEİD Board Member Dr. M.Fevzi Toksoy on December 15, 2015.
In the presentation discussing possible scenarios that can be seen in public and private sector tenders, we answered the following questions.
- What are the points that should be paid attention in private sector’s tenders and in public procurement?
- What are the rules of the tender?
- How can companies detect possible violations?
- How should the process after detection be managed?
- In which sectors are tender incompatibilities seen the most?
Thanks again for intense interest of our participants.
